addy.io
addy.io is a service that gives you email aliases, so you can share a stand-in address instead of your real one. It is aimed at people who want to keep their real email address private when signing up for websites and services.
How hard it is to start using it. Easy: install it like a normal app, or use it in your browser. Advanced: you run it on your own server, use the command line, or it is a tool for developers.
